Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Airaverse.in, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience that connects local vendors and customers.
Since we operate as a digital marketplace, the products sold on our platform are offered by independent vendors. Each vendor may have their own return and refund conditions, but the general policies below apply across the platform.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
A return or replacement request can be raised if:
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product
The product does not match the description listed on the website
You received an incomplete order
Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories are not eligible for return, including (but not limited to):
Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)
Personal care or hygiene products
Customized, handmade, or personalized goods
Digital downloads or e-gift cards
Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Return Process
Log in to your Airaverse account.
Go to My Orders → Request Return for the respective product.
Upload images or proof (if requested).
Once the request is approved, the vendor or delivery partner will contact you for pickup.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.
Refunds Are Issued:
To the original payment method (for prepaid orders)
As store credit or replacement (if chosen by customer)
Refund Timeline:
Prepaid orders: within 7–10 business days after approval
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunds are issued to your provided bank or UPI account
Note: Refund timelines may vary based on vendor verification or payment gateway processing time.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the product is dispatched, the cancellation option will be disabled.
To cancel, go to My Orders → Cancel Order.
Vendor Cancellations
Vendors may cancel an order if:
The product is out of stock or unavailable
The shipping address is invalid or unserviceable
If your order is cancelled by the vendor, you will receive a full refund.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for:
Wrong size or color (if applicable)
Damaged product received
You can raise an exchange request through the same return process.
Dispute Resolution
Airaverse acts as a facilitator between customers and vendors.
If a dispute arises regarding product quality, delay, or refund, our support team will mediate and assist both parties in reaching a fair resolution.
However, the final responsibility lies with the respective vendor selling the product.
