This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products purchased through Airaverse are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Since Airaverse operates as a multi-vendor platform, each seller (vendor) manages their own shipping. However, Airaverse ensures every seller adheres to our standard delivery practices for reliability and transparency.

Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery services across Vijayawada and selected nearby locations, with plans to expand to more cities soon.

Delivery availability depends on the vendor’s service area and logistics partner coverage. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of placement.

In case of public holidays, high demand, or special events, processing time may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time:

Local deliveries (within city): 2–5 business days

Regional deliveries (within state): 5–8 business days

National deliveries: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on product type, vendor location, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

Some vendors may offer free shipping or special discounts based on order value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

You can also track your order by logging into your Airaverse account → My Orders → Track Order.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver the package.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the product may be returned to the vendor.

In such cases, a reshipping charge may apply for redelivery.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen issues (such as weather, strikes, or courier delays) may cause disruptions.

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at airaverseofficialvja@gmail.com

 with your order ID — we’ll coordinate with the vendor and courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order:

Report the issue to airaverseofficialvja@gmail.com

 within 48 hours of delivery.

Share photos or videos as proof.

We’ll initiate a replacement or refund process based on verification.

Please retain original packaging until the issue is resolved.

 

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items from different vendors, your order may arrive in separate packages with different delivery times.

You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment separately.

Change of Address

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order:

Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

At present, Airaverse does not offer international shipping.

We currently serve customers within India only.
