Vendor Policy & Onboarding Terms

Welcome to Airaverse Vendor Network!

These Vendor Policy & Onboarding Terms outline the guidelines, responsibilities, and rules for sellers (referred to as “Vendors”) who wish to list, promote, and sell their products on Airaverse.in — a digital marketplace designed to support local businesses and entrepreneurs.

By registering as a Vendor on Airaverse, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws governing online commerce in India.

Airaverse reserves the right to verify vendor credentials before approving onboarding.

Product Listing Guidelines

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings. Each listing must include:

Product name, detailed description, and clear images.

Accurate pricing, available stock, and delivery timelines.

Applicable taxes (GST) and shipping details.

No prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items.

Airaverse reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate marketplace standards or laws.

Product Quality and Authenticity

Vendors must ensure that all products:

Are genuine, new, and in good condition.

Comply with relevant quality and safety standards in India.

Match the description and images shown on the website.

Selling fake, expired, or unsafe items may result in immediate delisting and legal action.

Pricing and Payments

Vendors can set their own product prices within reasonable market limits.

Payments will be processed via Airaverse’s secure payment gateway.

Airaverse may charge a platform commission fee (percentage of each sale) — details will be shared during onboarding.

Payments to vendors are made after successful delivery and confirmation, typically within 7–10 working days of order completion.

Shipping and Delivery

Vendors are responsible for timely dispatch of products.

Vendors may use Airaverse’s logistics partners or their own courier services (if approved).

Tracking details must be uploaded within 24 hours of dispatch.

Late shipping or repeated delivery issues may lead to penalties or suspension.

Returns and Refunds

Vendors must comply with Airaverse’s Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified.

In case of product defects, incorrect shipments, or damage, vendors must bear the return shipping costs.

  • Maintain professional and ethical conduct.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Handle complaints or disputes courteously and transparently.
